Classic American Georgian style

A William Zuccon Masterpiece

6 BEDS | 6 BATHS | 857 SQM

Undoubtedly one of the leading rural homesteads in Australia. Designed by well known Sydney architect William Zuccon (principal Dods & Zuccon), the homestead was designed and built c 1998.

With its classic American Georgian style the two-storey homestead has been noted as reminiscent of some of the early 20th Century Horden properties in the district namely, Retford Park, Milton Park and Hopewood.

Strategically placed on a rise which allows magnificent 360° views over the property. With a stunning façade, it is first sighted when driving from the front gate towards the homestead, with one of the large ornamental lakes in the foreground, and sweeping lawns and avenues of trees leading to the imposing homestead.
